Fees can be paid via PayNow or Bank transfer. NETS payment (at United Square branch only) can be used for CDA payment. All payment is made in advance to book the session for your child. Receipts is provided on request.
A one-time Registration Fee of S$30.00 is payable upon registration. This is strictly non-refundable in any circumstances. Payment will be done in advance of 5 sessions.
A strict fee of 50% will be charged if you cancel your session within 24 hours. You will be charged a FULL fee if you fail to notify your therapist of any cancellations. Thus, please inform us 24 hours in advance if your child is unable to attend therapy.
Parents will inform TLC in writing two weeks in advance in the event they would like to withdraw the Student from TLC.
Your therapist may have another child after your session. If you are late for the session, she may not be able to extend beyond the specified time. Unfortunately, FULL charges will still apply.
If you are not sitting in the session, please ensure that you return to the session 15 minutes before the end of the session for feedback, unless otherwise stated. Please collect your child on time, that is, when the session ends. Late collection of children may be subjected to extra charges.
