Welcome to TLC EIP!

We’re here to support children and families through their early years, helping every child grow in confidence, communication, and independence.

TLC Early Intervention Programme is designed with intensive frequency so children can make faster and lasting progress. It is particularly suitable for children with speech delay as we have daily group speech therapy, weekly occupational therapy, and regular learning intervention. Thus, our children have more opportunities to practise, strengthen and improve their skills. This consistent intervention helps them communicate more confidently and succeed in their daily life.

How Early Intervention Helps Your Child?

When a child receives support early, it’s like giving them a head start while their brain is still rapidly growing and adapting. Early intervention helps children build important skills — like talking, playing, and learning—before challenges become bigger hurdles. Early intervention helps your child in various domains:

  • Speech & Language Skills – Helping your child speak and express themselves clearly and confidently

  • Motor Skills – Building coordination and independence for daily activities
  • Social & Emotional Development – Learning how to connect with others, manage emotions and play in typical ways
  • Learning & Behaviour – Improving focus, adapting to routines, following instructions, and school readiness

Who Benefits from TLC EIP?

Children (typically under 7) with signs of developmental delay
Children who aren't talking or communicating as expected
Children who find it hard to play, share, or manage emotions
Children who struggle with coordinating movements or fine motor tasks
Children who have trouble focusing, following instructions, or keeping up with peers
Children under 7 with behavioral challenges

Support is not limited to children with diagnosed conditions. Many children who simply need a little extra help to catch up or adjust can benefit greatly. The goal is to step in early, before challenges grow bigger, and give each child the tools they need to succeed.

Who Recommends Early Intervention?

Paediatricians, child development specialists, preschool teachers, and therapists often suggest early support. But parents know their child best—if you’re concerned, it’s worth checking.
