Welcome!
Here at TLC, we aim to provide quality therapy services to your child.
We offer a fun environment with qualified and dedicated staff to guide and facilitate your child’s learning. We integrate child-led and structured approaches in our teaching and curriculum to ensure your child develops in the areas of speech, language, communication, fine and gross motor, cognitive and adaptive, literacy and numeracy, and STEM skills. This is supported through a highly responsive, language-rich and sensory-friendly environment.
In the early years, the children will mostly learn through play and explicit instruction to ensure a solid understanding of language, as well as literacy and numeracy basics. This will transition smoothly into a more structured approach as the students develop their knowledge base and learn to be more analytical and independent learners.
With small class sizes, we offer each child a personalised and individualised educational journey in a secure, fun and attentive environment.
We value parents as partners in your child’s development and your input and opinions will always be considered.
Please feel free to contact us along the way. We look forward to a wonderful journey with you!

Why Choose Us?
At the TLC Early Intervention Programme (TLC EIP), your children will thrive in a fun and safe environment that is tailored to their development needs.
We are the only EIP in Singapore that specialises in speech therapy and uses the Hanen approach for speech, language, learning and literacy development. Following this philosophy, the children will receive experiences that are responsive, language-rich, inclusive and sensory-friendly. This helps them to grow into confident and enabled communicators.
Stemming from our roots as a Feeding Clinic, we also support each child’s feeding development. We encourage them to develop eating, drinking, swallowing and self-feeding skills that allow for safe and independent mealtimes.
Our Benchmark
The benchmarks of each intervention goal are aligned with Singapore Ministry of Education’s Nurturing Early Learners (NEL) and AEPS (Assessment, Evaluation, and Programming System for Infants and Children) frameworks.
Goals & Tracking Progress
There are four (4) terms per year. Your family will be provided with an Individualized Education Plan (IEP) outlining all the goals for the current Term. The IEP will be reviewed on the last Wednesday of each Term via a Parent-Teacher Meeting. Up to date feedback of your child’s progress in class is given regularly via ClassDojo.
